Tire selection

Performance starts with the right fit.

Tire life depends on more than size. Floor conditions, travel distance, load, speed, heat, debris, operator patterns, and drive-wheel position all matter. Our survey captures those details before a recommendation is made.

Press-on solid

Stable, durable tires for cushion-tire forklifts in indoor warehouse and manufacturing applications.

TractionSmoothNon-marking

Resilient solid

Flat-proof, shock-absorbing performance for indoor and outdoor solid-tire forklifts.

Multi-layerLow downtime

Skid Steer & OTR

Severe-duty solid tires engineered for skid steers, loaders, graders, and rough-ground equipment operating under heavy loads and demanding conditions.

Mobile solid-tire press truck

The hydraulic press comes to your facility.

Our mobile press-truck service brings heavy hydraulic pressing equipment to the job. Removed wheel assemblies are positioned in the truck-integrated press so worn solid tires can be pressed off and replacements pressed onto the wheel safely on-site.

  • Truck-mounted heavy hydraulic tire press
  • Press-off and press-on solid tire service
  • Wheel and hub inspection during changeout
  • On-site service at your warehouse or plant
  • Planned replacement scheduling
  • Less equipment transport and downtime

What we look for

A tire tells you how the fleet is operating.

Wear pattern

Uneven wear may point to application, alignment, floor, or operating issues.

Chunking & tearing

Damage can reveal the wrong compound, sharp debris, or excessive heat buildup.

Safety line

We identify tires approaching replacement limits before they become an emergency.

Cost per hour

The lowest purchase price is not always the lowest operating cost.

Tire FAQs

What fleet managers ask us.

How do I know when a solid forklift tire needs replacement?

Replace based on the manufacturer wear line, chunking, separation, flat spots, ride quality, or reduced stability—not only visible tread depth.

Can you inspect every truck during one visit?

Yes. A fleet survey can document equipment, sizes, positions, tire condition, and replacement priorities across a mixed fleet.
